Dear Tudor Cay Homeowners:

Things to know:
PROPERTYWARE PORTAL:
1. OWNER ACCOUNT AND LATE NOTICES
· We are in the process of learning a new management software system. During this time, we are busy transferring data for 262-unit owners. This will take time to update the system.
· If your ledger is not current, do not worry. We are still inputting owner data. This is a lengthy process.
· Disregard late notices if you are not late with paying. If you are late with payment, please pay what you owe.
· Make sure the portal has your current mailing address, not just your Tudor Cay address if they are different.
2. PAYMENT OPTIONS

· Hand Deliver Payment to office. Checks and Money Orders Only. Cash will not be accepted.
· Make payment online. A third-party fee for this service will be added by the vendor. $2.95 for payment from bank account. Payments made by credit cards including debit cards vary from $10 per transaction to 3.1% of total payment. This fee is out of our control as this convenience is provided by a third party.
